a day where people from around the nation 

come together to rejoice in moving 

toward a world without hunger.  

This IS the day to be thankful and GLAD

 for the volunteers, donors and praying

 people of God who find ways to connect 

hungry people to nutritious food 

with dignity and respect.  

This IS the day that the Lord has made; 

let us REJOICE and be glad IN IT!
